Objects Properties
The Objects Properties section in InstantFlow provides a powerful set of tools that allow you to control the transformation of the objects generated by your addon. Whether you’re positioning, scaling, or merging your instances, this section gives you the flexibility to achieve precisely the look and functionality you need.

Scale This control adjusts the overall size of your selected objects uniformly. It allows you to scale your instances up or down quickly, ensuring that your cables, pipes, or tubes fit perfectly within your scene.

Count Defines the number of instances created along your path. Increasing the count will duplicate your object multiple times, while reducing it creates fewer copies.

Relative Offset Sets the spacing between each instance along the direction of the transformation. With relative offset, you can control how far apart your objects are positioned, enabling you to create well-distributed layouts or tight clusters, depending on your artistic needs.

Location X and Location Y These controls let you adjust the position of objects along the X and Y axes of your curve. Location X is especially helpful for accurately positioning an object on a curve. It's especially handy when animating an object to follow the path of a curve !

Rotation X This parameter rotates your selected objects around the X axis. It is ideal for correcting the orientation of objects, especially when a particular angle is required.

Scale X and Scale Y While the overall Scale control affects an object uniformly, Scale X and Scale Y provide independent control over the width and height of your objects. These parameters give you the ability to stretch or compress your instances along specific axes.

Merge The Merge option is a toggle that enables you to combine overlapping vertices or adjacent instances into a single unified mesh.

Subdivide Mesh The Subdivide Mesh function breaks down the surface of an object into smaller sections by adding geometry. This is particularly useful for making objects follow curves more smoothly and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of cables, pipes, or tubes.

By utilizing these properties, InstantFlow empowers you to achieve a high level of control over your object instances. Whether you are preparing assets for advanced texturing workflows, arranging elements for realistic cable, or simply fine-tuning the transformation of your generated objects, the Objects Properties section is designed to streamline your workflow !
